Fee schedule for professional services

FEES, INSURANCE AND PAYMENT INFORMATION

• $100.00 per individual 50 minute session
  

• $125.00 per couple 
  

• Will accept check, credit cards, debit cards and cash
  

• Some of therapists are Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO Providers. If you are not a member of Blue Cross PPO we can supply a receipt to you for possible reimbursement from your insurance company.
  

• Please note that Premarital Counseling (Gate 14) is not covered by insurance). See our G14 FAQ page for more info.
  

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR ALL CLIENTS

Please be advised that once you book an appointment,  you must give 24 hours advance notice to cancel or you will be charged for the time scheduled.
