"I'm an interactive therapist"
I have always been drawn to helping people better understand themselves and create change from within. Working collaboratively, we can create balance in your life.
In my practice, I take an interactive approach and strive to create a partnership with my clients. Through this collaborative relationship, we can foster the development of insight, set meaningful goals, and establish healthy boundaries. I firmly believe that understanding our challenges and recognizing the roadblocks in our lives opens the door to new attitudes, mindfulness, and a genuine interest in changing our behaviors.

As a conversational therapist, my primary goal is to establish a comfortable environment where my clients can feel at ease. I strongly believe in the power of humor and using relatable examples to clarify concepts and patterns of thinking.
My approach is centered around empowering the client to make positive changes in their life. Being an empathic and intuitive listener allows me to identify and focus on the client’s strengths, which I directly communicate and model through my behavior. This approach provides the client with the opportunity to achieve important milestones and, ultimately, experience an increase in self-esteem.
