I draw on techniques from solution-focused therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and related approaches to provide strategies and tools for managing immediate difficulties. Through mindfulness practices, I help clients feel more at ease and ready to tackle life’s challenges.
I also work through an existential lens, supporting clients in exploring and finding value and meaning in their lives and experiences, even during difficult times. Additionally, from a social justice perspective I prioritize understanding the influence of environmental, social, and societal factors on a person’s well-being.
My areas of specialty include depression, anxiety, aging, substance use, women’s issues, self-esteem, body image concerns, ADHD, life transitions, stress, grief, health challenges, LGBTQ+ issues, and relationship dynamics.
I hold a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Adler University and am a Licensed Professional Counselor. Let’s work together to uncover your potential, build resilience, and create a path that reflects your values and aspirations.
